Philips HearLink 2 is a companion app for people using compatible Philips HearLink hearing aids. It puts everyday controls on an Android phone, including volume adjustment for both hearing aids together or for each side separately. You can also mute surrounding sound and switch between hearing programs configured by your hearing care professional.

Useful checks and listening tools

The app shows hearing-aid battery levels and can help locate misplaced hearing aids when location services are enabled. Depending on your phone and hearing-aid model, it can stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to the aids. Streaming and surrounding sound equalizers provide additional control on supported models.

Features depend on the hardware

Not every option is available with every Philips HearLink model. Sound equalizer and Philips Journal are listed for HearLink 50 and 40 models, while Auracast broadcast controls are available for HearLink 50 models. Streaming equalizer support excludes Philips HearLink 00. The app can also manage compatible wireless accessories such as a TV Adapter or AudioClip.

Philips HearLink 2 includes troubleshooting help and support resources, along with the option to meet a hearing care professional online by appointment. Pairing a hearing aid is required before the controls can be used. Philips recommends Android 10 or later and regular hearing-aid updates during routine professional check-ups.
